Parágrafo

al artículo 18 del Decreto 2590 de 2003, el cual quedará así: "

Parágrafo 2

El Instituto de Fomento Industrial, IFI, en Liquidación, de acuerdo con sus disponibilidades de tesorería y para los fines del proceso que adelanta, podrá readquirir parte de los activos de que trata el presente artículo a la Nación-Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público".
