Para dar cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior destínase la cantidad de un millón y quinientos mil pesos ($ 1.500,000) que se pagará al Municipio de Cartagena en tres anualidades sucesivas de a quinientos mil pesos ( $ 500,000) cada una, después de que la obra del acueducto esté contratada.
