LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.2.25.4.4Responsabilidades. El obtener el Premio Nacional de Alta Gerencia y estar registrado e inscrito en el Banco de Éxitos, compromete a las entidades y organismos de la Administración Pública, en sus actuaciones posteriores para que actúen en concordancia con dicha distinción, divulguen la información y brinden asesoría relacionada con el caso exitoso, a las demás entidades de la Administración Pública que la requieran.
