ARTICULO 444 . Iniciación de la etapa de juzgamiento . Con la ejecutoria de la resolución de acusación, adquieren competencia los jueces encargados del juzgamiento. A partir de este momento, el fiscal adquiere la calidad de sujeto procesal y pierde la dirección de la investigación.
