Cancelación del permiso para operar. Cuando el Usuario Operador incumpla las normas de este decreto, el Ministerio de Comercio Exterior podrá imponerle multas entre diez (10) y cien (100) salarios mínimos legales mensuales. En caso de reincidencia hará efectiva la garantía de que trata el literal a), del artículo 8º de este decreto y podrá cancelar el permiso de operación. Las sanciones se impondrán mediante resolución motivada.
