La inscripción de cada Prestador o el definido como tal en el Registro Especial de Prestadores de Servicios de Salud, tendrá un término de vigencia de tres (3) años, contados a partir de la fecha de su radicación ante la entidad departamental o distrital de salud correspondiente.
