Movilidad . Se deberá garantizar el servicio público de transporte terrestre, por cable, fluvial y marítimo de pasajeros, de servicios postales y distribución de paquetería, en el territorio nacional, que sean estrictamente necesarios para prevenir, mitigar y atender la emergencia sanitaria por causa del Coronavirus COVID-19 y las actividades permitidas en el artículo 3. Se deberá garantizar el transporte de carga, el almacenamiento y logística para la carga.
