Los préstamos o ventas que efectúe la Caja tendrán garantía hipotecaria de primer grado del lote, aun cuando éste hubiere sido dado por el adquiriente, y de la construcción respectiva. El capital y los intereses se cubrirán por el sistema de amortización gradual, por cuotas mensuales.
