Art. 149. Los derechos de importacion se pagarán de contado en las Aduanas, o en la Tesorería jeneral,

tambien de contado o dentro de cuatro meses, a voluntad del introductor. Si el pago hubiere de hacerce en la Tesorería jeneral de contado, se jirarán libranzas a favor de ella, i si se soliaitare el plazo, se otorgarán documentos de pago, que serán cubiertos en dicha Tesorería.

En ambos casos se prestarán las fianzas en los términos i con las formalidades prescritas por este Código.
