Actividad financiable. Para estos casos, la actividad financiable a través de la línea de crédito especial de tierras es el cubrimiento de la contraprestación por asignación de derechos de propiedad contemplada en el artículo 7° del Decreto Ley 902 de 2017 y se otorgará en los términos señalados por la Comisión Nacional de Crédito Agropecuario, según lo dispuesto en el artículo 35 del Decreto Ley 902 de 2017.
