º Recurso de gracia. Contra el fallo del Jefe del Departamento Nacional de Supervigilancia Sindical procede el recurso de gracia, para ante el Ministro del Ramo, quien verificará su revisión con el objeto único de comprobar si las disposiciones legales han sido rectamente aplicadas. Este recurso se intentará dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de la providencia y debe ser resuelto dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes al recibo del expediente.
