Art. 1.° Autoriza ampliamente al Poder Ejecutivo para celebrar con el Sr. Indalecio Liévano una transacción á virtud de la cual recupere la Nación todos los privilegios que se le hablan otorgado, y !a propiedad del camino de herradura, con todas sus dependencias que construyó á virtud de los contratos citados, así como las tierras baldías que se le habían concedido por los mismos contratos.
