Articulo 67 . Registro para elaborar . Documentación exigida. El registro sanitario para elaborar se concederá únicamente a las bebidas alcohólicas que se elaboren en el país que se vendan a granel. Su titular será el propietario del producto, quien deberá presentar la misma documentación a que se refiere el artículo 65 sobre elaboración y venta.
