°. El Ministerio de Salud podrá prohibir la aplicación de D.D.T. en mezclas en cultivos de algodón, por aspersión aérea cuando encuentre riesgos para la salud pública o la conservación de la fauna. Sin embargo podrá permitirse la aplicación de D.D.T. en mezclas en dichos cultivos, siempre que previamente se cumplan los siguientes requisitos

Formulación del producto por ingeniero agrónomo inscrito en el Instituto Colombiano Agropecuario -ICA-

Compra del producto a un distribuidor autorizado por el mismo Instituto.
