Sanciones. El Jurado que injustificadamente no comparezca a la actuación procesal para la cual fue legalmente citado, será sancionado con arresto inconmutable de cinco días, que se impondrá mediante resolución motivada quedando con la obligación de comparecer. Esta resolución es inimpugnable.
