Art. 2.° Autorizase ni poder ejecutivo para que ordene la colocación del fanal que posee la municipalidad de Santamarta, en el "Morro,"' o en cualquier otro lugar de aquel puerto, que, a juicio del mismo poder ejecutivo, sea mas conveniente. La municipalidad de Santamaría quedará en la obligacion de atender al servicio regular i constante de dicho fanal, pudiendo, en tal caso, percibir los derechos correspondientes, según la citada lei "sobre establecimiento de fanales."
