Tanto los depósitos del Fondo Rotativo como las sumas que reciba el Contador Pagador, de acuerdo con el artículo anterior, se moverán en las cuentas corrientes que abrirán el Director General de Provisiones y el Contador Pagador, en el Banco de la República. Los cheques girados por él Director General deberán llevar la firma del Contralor General o su delegado, y los cheques girados por el Contador Pagador serán firmados también por el Director General.
