No mantener en el vehículo los distintivos, señales o elementos de seguridad que exigen los reglamentos para el transporte de cargas especiales, peligrosas o restringidas;
Prestar el servicio de transporte de carga sin portar el Manifiesto único de Carga;
Permitir o prestar el servicio en vehículos no homologados por el Ministerio de transporte o quien haga sus veces;
Negarse a prestar el servicio público de transporte de carga sin justa causa.
