Art. 3.° Escediendo la poblacion del distrito de sesenta mil almas, sin pasar de cien mil, el sueldo de los empleados del tribunal, anualmente, será el que sigue, sin perjuicio del aumento que tengan a bien decretar las Cámaras de provincia: cada ministro juez gozará de nueve mil seiscientos reales; el fiscal de ocho mil reales; el secretario de cuatro mil ochocientos; el oficial de dos mil cuatrocientos, i el portero escribiente de mil doscientos. § único. Por decreto separado se hará la distribucion del gasto entre las respectivas provincias.
