Articulo 40 . Para que proceda el ajuste por diferencias de cambio en deudas que deban ser pagadas en moneda extranjera, deberá acompañarse a la declaración de renta y patrimonio la autorización para obtener el crédito respectivo otorgada por la oficina competente, de acuerdo con el régimen establecido para regular los préstamos exteriores a particulares.
