ARTICULO 109 . Anualmente, en el mes de enero, los Armadores de naves de pesca industrial presentarán en la Capitanía de Puerto las Libretas de embarco de todos los tripulantes pesqueros a su servicio, para control y registro de dichos embarcos en el "Libro de Registro de Faenas de Pesca" que llevará la Capitanía de Puerto. Estos registros se harán en forma global para cada tripulante, anotando el total de días de faenas en el año, y en forma parcial que deberán también ser registrados en la Libreta del tripulante, en el renglón siguiente a la última anotación del Armador, siendo firmada por el Secretario de la Capitanía. Una vez diligenciadas las Libretas de Embarco de los pescadores, serán devueltas al Armador correspondiente. CAPITULO III. DE LAS FUNCIONES Y OBLIGACIONES DE LA GENTE DE MAR DE PESCA INDUSTRIAL.
