º. Suplentes . Al tiempo de realizar la elección o el nombramiento de los directores, por cada miembro principal de junta directiva de un fondo ganadero, se elegirá o nombrará un suplente personal para el mismo período. El suplente ocupará el lugar del principal, en sus faltas temporales o definitivas.
