°. Modificación y revalidación de licencias de construcción . Las solicitudes de modificación de licencias de construcción vigentes y las solicitudes de revalidación de licencias de construcción se estudiarán y decidirán con base en el Reglamento Colombiano de Construcción Sismorresistente que fundamentó la expedición de la licencia que se pretende modificar o revalidar, salvo en el caso de licencias por etapas que se regirán por lo dispuesto en el siguiente artículo.
