ARTICULO 29 . PERMISOS. Los funcionarios del Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario, INPEC, cuando medie justa causa, pueden obtener permiso, con goce de sueldo hasta por tres (3) días; tal solicitud deberá ser presentada por escrito motivando las razones. Corresponde al Director General del Instituto o a quien él delegue la facultad, y a los directores de los centros de reclusión, autorizar o negar los permisos. La concesión de los permisos debe figurar en la hoja de vida del empleado.
