Los estudios necesarios para subsanar las deficiencias de que adolezca la documentación podrán hacerse por un ingeniero del servicio del Ministerio de Minas y Petróleos, sin costo para el interesado, siempre que éste así lo solicite y que la seriedad de los documentos presentados justifiquen la prestación de tal servicio.
