Para efectos de lo dispuesto en el numeral 3º del artículo 476 del Estatuto Tributario, entiéndese por comisiones de los comisionistas de bolsa, las comisiones recibidas por las sociedades comisionistas de bolsa, o de valores, de que tratan los artículos 7º y 8º de la Ley 27 de 1990.
