La remuneración de los empleados públicos se pagar por nómina conforme a lo determinado en la asignación de asignaciones civiles y la de los trabajadores oficiales por planilla. Esta clasificación se debe hacer al tenor del artículo 23 y siguientes del Decreto 1926 y 1975 y artículo 5º del Decreto 3135 de 1968.
