°. Modifícase el artículo 1° del Decreto 140 de 2008, el cual quedará así: Artículo 1°. Quienes amparados en un título habilitante para la prestación del servicio público de radiodifusión sonora comercial, no hayan presentado, del 1° de enero de 2002 a la fecha, la totalidad de los documentos requeridos para continuar prestando el servicio, tendrán un plazo improrrogable, hasta el 30 de abril de 2008, para completar la documentación correspondiente, acorde con la reglamentación vigente y en los términos que para el efecto fije el Ministerio de Comunicaciones.
