Protección en caso de presentación de pliego de peticiones. La protección a que se refiere el artículo 25 del Decreto número 2351 de 1965, comprende a los trabajadores afiliados al sindicato o a los no sindicalizados que hayan presentado un pliego de peticiones, desde el momento de su presentación al empleador hasta que se haya solucionado el conflicto colectivo mediante la firma de la convención o del pacto, o quede ejecutoriado el laudo arbitral, si fuere el caso.
