Créanse los siguientes empleos para el Resguardo de la Aduana de Ríohacha: Un Ayudante del Jefe del Resguardo, con sesenta pesos ($ 60) mensuales; un Cabo con cincuenta pesos ($ 50) mensuales; y dos Pilotos, cada uno con treinta pesos ($ 30) mensuales. Nómbrase su propiedad Ayudante del Jefe del Resguardo al Sr. José Antonio Bonivento, y de Cabo del mismo Resguardo al Sr. José Martín Aroca. Autorízase al Sr. Administrador de la Aduana para que haga el nombramiento de Pilotos, dando parte á este Ministerio.
