Adiciónese el numeral 7 al artículo 638 del Decreto 1165 de 2019, el cual quedará así: "7. Incurrir en inexactitudes en la declaración andina del valor, que impidan la correcta aplicación de la técnica de la valoración aduanera. La sanción a imponer será de multa equivalente cincuenta unidades de valor tributario (50 UVT)."
