ARTICULO 123. Además de las entidades señaladas por el artículo 14 de la Ley 7ª de 1979 y el Decreto 2737 de 1989, formarán parte del Sistema Nacional de Bienestar Familiar, como entidades vinculadas de carácter privado, las Cajas de Compensación Familiar sin detrimento del ejercicio de las funciones que le corresponden al Ministerio del Trabajo y Seguridad Social.
