En los casos de condenación por uno de los delitos previstos en este capítulo, el Juez ordenará el decomiso y supresión de los escritos, dibujos u otros medios que han servido para cometer el delito, y a solicitud del acusador y a costa del reo se publicará la sentencia por una o dos veces con el periódico que aquél indique.
