Art. 2.° Corresponde organizar la Exposición á las Secciones del Ministerio de Instrucción Pública, las cuales, reunidas, tendrán el carácter y funciones de Comisión central organizadora. Formarán parte de esta Comisión nueve miembros ad honorem , que nombrará el Gobierno. Será Presidente de la Comisión el Subsecretario, jefe de la Sección 1ª del Ministerio; primer Vicepresidente, el Jefe de la Sección 2ª; segundo Vicepresidente, el Editor de la Revista de Instrucción Pública , y Secretario Tesorero, el Jefe de la Sección 3ª Los Oficiales y Escribientes de las dichas Secciones son Ayudantes de la Comisión, pero no tienen voz ni voto en las deliberaciones.
