° Cuando se compruebe la alternación en las tarifas acordadas por parte de los equipajeros o mozos de estación, la autoridad correspondiente suspenderá al responsable hasta por cinco (5) días, por la primera vez; si la falta se repitiere, hasta por quince (15) días y si el responsable incurriere en nuevas reincidencias, se procederá a retirársele la licencia definitivamente.
