Interoperabilidad del sistema de Recaudo Electrónico Vehicular (IP/REV). El Ministerio de Transporte, con el objeto de garantizar la interoperabilidad del sistema, regulará las condiciones financieras, técnicas y jurídicas mínimas que debe cumplir una entidad para ejercer el rol de operador, intermediador o cualquier otra función definida por el Ministerio de Transporte en el sistema IP/REV.
