La sobretasa al consumo del combustible automotor que se comercialice en el Valle de Aburrá, será recaudada por los Distribuidores Minoristas ubicados en dicha región, quienes deberán consignar dentro de los quince (15) primeros días de cada mes, los recaudos realizados en el mes anterior, a la cuenta que para tal fin destine la Dirección del Tesoro Nacional.
