POSESION: Los Presidentes de los Concejos tomarán posesión ante dichas corporaciones, y los miembros de ellas, secretarios y subalternos, si los hubiere, ante el Presidente; para tal efecto, prestarán juramento en los siguientes términos: "Juro a Dios y prometo al pueblo, cumplir fielmente la Constitución y las leyes de Colombia".
