° Reconócese á cargo del Tesoro Nacional y á favor del Sr. General Aurelio Mutis la suma de ochenta y siete mil pesos ($ 87,000), valor de los ganados y demás efectos que le fueron tomados por los revolucionarios de Cúcuta, estando el en desempeño de la Jefatura de las fuerzas Nacionales de esa Provincia, en la pasada guerra.
