Rechazo de la solicitud. Cuando la tarifa no sea cancelada dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes a aquel en que el deudor reciba la comunicación de que trata el artículo anterior, el conciliador o el notario rechazará la solicitud. Contra dicha decisión solo procederá el recurso de reposición, en los mismos términos y condiciones previstos para el proceso civil.
