Mientras la Sala Laboral de la Corte Suprema de Justicia envía la lista de árbitros de que trata el numeral 3 del artículo 3º de la Ley 48 ( 16 de diciembre) de 1968, para lo cual no se le fijó término, la designación del tercer árbitro continuará haciéndola el Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social.
