° La operación de sistemas de comunicaciones en violación de lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior dará lugar a la aplicación de las medidas previstas en el artículo 50 del Decreto 1900 de 1991 y a la imposición de las sanciones previstas en el artículo 53 del mismo estatuto. Igualmente se aplicará en lo pertinente , lo dispuesto en el segundo inciso del artículo 5° del Decreto 07 de 1993.
