Artículo quinto. La formalidad del visado es necesaria para los nacionales españoles portadores de pasaportes ordinarios que entran a Colombia para una permanencia mayor de noventa (90) días, o para ejercer un oficio, profesión o cualquier otra actividad lucrativa de manera permanente. El visado será gratuito.
