ARTICULO 5° De acuerdo con el artículo 10 de la Ley 263 de 1938. los empleados dependientes del Ministerio de Correos y Telégrafos gozarán de una prima anual, equivalente a la mitad del sueldo en un mes, cuando no sea posible concederles las vacaciones remuneradas.
