ARTICULO SEGUNDO. El Ministerio de Justicia y el Fondo Rotatorio del mismo, publicarán el texto del nuevo Código Penal. Igualmente, el Ministerio, la Comisión Asesora y su secretario, organizarán foros y seminarios para la explicación del Código y sus antecedentes.
