Artículo primero A partir de la fecha de expedición del presente Decreto, elevase a la cantidad de cinco mil pesos ($ 5.000.00) moneda corriente el valor de los contratos que puede celebrar el Gerente de la Caja de Protección Social de la Policía Nacional sobre adquisiciones de cualquier naturaleza, con destino a la misma, quedando sujetos a la aprobación de la Junta Directiva y a la posterior del Gobierno los que excedan de tal suma.
