Entre los Jueces y los funcionarios que en ciertos casos están investidos de jurisdicción para conocer de algunos negocios judiciales, puede suscitarse competencia referente a estos asuntos, la que se decide por el respectivo superior del Juez que acepta o provoca la competencia.
