El inciso 2º del artículo 14 del Decreto legislativo número 1683 de 1948 quedará así: "Vencido el término de 15 días de que habla el inciso anterior sin que se hubieren practicado las pruebas y diligencias ordenadas en el auto para mejor proveer, el secretario lo informará así al Juez o Magistrado, quien deberá fallar en los términos legales conforme a lo alegado y aprobado.."
