°. Modifíquese el artículo 2.1.1.6.5.2 del Decreto 1077 de 2015, el cual quedará así: “Artículo 2.1.1.6.5.2 Apertura del Instrumento para el recaudo de aportes del hogar. Una vez inscrito y habilitado para el otorgamiento del subsidio, el hogar postulante que cuente con concepto favorable del gestor inmobiliario, deberá constituir el producto financiero al que se refiere el numeral 3.4 del artículo 2.1.1.6.1.2 del presente decreto, al cual se transferirán los recursos del aporte y del porcentaje del canon a cargo del hogar contemplados en los numerales 2.2 y 2.3 del mismo artículo.”.
