La dirección General de Correos y Telégrafos entregará mensualmente a la Junta de que trata el artículo anterior el 2 por 100 del producto bruto de la renta de Correos y Telégrafos, con el fin de que tal suma aumente los fondos que constituyen la Caja de Auxilios.
